This document explains how Công ty TNHH Giáo dục Sarah (Sarah Education) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or request a consultation.

1. What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect:

• The contact’s full name
• Phone number
• Email address, if you provide one
• The programme of interest and the student’s year group
• Any question you send with the form

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to contact you about a study plan, to send resources you asked for, and to improve our service. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for advertising.

3. How long we keep it

Consultation enquiries are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact, then deleted — unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

4. Security

Data is stored on infrastructure that encrypts it both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Only Sarah advising staff are granted access.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold
• Correct anything that is inaccurate
• Delete your personal information
• Stop contacting you
